I had considered either leading with “lol do you hate romance or something ” or leading with “when exactly did I say I was looking for anything romantic” and then when she likely called out the “romantic ice cream trip” line I used last, then I would transition into “lol do you hate romance or something.” Or maybe just answer with a simple: no expectations on my end/what exactly are your concerns

Further context in case needed: trying to set up a second date but they are being more non responsive and dodging soft closes/suggestions of dates. Having to use more takeaways

Is there any way you can up the chance she doesn’t flake besides the flirting and banter we’ve discussed? I already have her investing and complying a good bit. What I didn’t include was about a month ago she said she “doesn’t do 1 on 1 hangouts because it’s a boundary to not do that with someone she doesn’t want to think she’s gonna date” and didn’t entertain it at all, now since discovering she’s a brat and playing it off that framework, she’s complying with discussing and committing much more. Obviously I will use takeaways and address concerns if It comes to that, just didn’t know if there was anything else I could do to up the likelihood with that information I’ve provided.
Okay. That I can do. Is the style of banter like I used in the screenshots above okay? Or does it sound like a good idea to maybe use callback humor to reengage and shoot the shit every 2-3 days. Something like a “how’s my favorite ukranian’s Thursday treating her.” I just wanna know the distinction between what I assume was a mistake on my part from above, and good game in that wait period.
