Texting is not for getting to no someone but setting up potential dates. You've already were persistent enough and she is clearly too busy or not into you enough. This is when you need to go for the close. Tell her you understand she is busy but would love to meetup sometimes so when she's free tell her to give you a call. You need to man up and walk away.
