Went on a business trip in after set up a date with this chick. She sent me a freaking text right before the date I don’t know how to respond.
Texting is not for getting to no someone but setting up potential dates. You've already were persistent enough and she is clearly too busy or not into you enough. This is when you need to go for the close. Tell her you understand she is busy but would love to meetup sometimes so when she's free tell her to give you a call. You need to man up and walk away. Women need to understand that you are comfortable with walking away when they start being flakey. That way it gives her the chance to come to you and work for you!
Yeah man I've dealt with quite a few women like this and it normally means she's not that interested or she would make time no matter what. Sucks but these women are not uncommon, happens to the best of us. Maybe Alex knows another text to send.
