Here's a thing most girls get feelings quicker than guys. She may tell you that she doesn't care when she really does, and that's going to breed resentment and become a pain in the ass. If you suspect that she is in this category then lie would be better, but if she truly doesn't care then you can be truthful to her. Figure out how she truly feels about you seeing others and then make a decision
