In my experience, I've learned that at least some girls don't like to make it a "date" because it feels a bit formal and they feel pressure to have to dress up and do all that shit. She might just be a girl who enjoys chilling lowkey, maybe due to some bad experience in the past on a date or just a general feeling of being judged/evaluated on a date.
