Yeah, I would give it a shot. Maybe be more playful and borderline troll her to see if that's really her thing. Maybe something like 'Still got that smart mouth? I need a new project to work on'
It's been my personal experience when girls say this, they are telling the truth but if they weren't interested in you at all, they wouldn't take the time to come tell you this. I always treat comments like this as an invitation to ask them for their number so you can talk off the app. Might as well suggest it because if you don't, it sounds like your opportunity will disappear.
That pic and her saying 'but I'm not complaining' just screams DTF to me. Could test that theory and try 'It's clear you can be handled like meat but I'm more interested in your ability to handle meat'. With no real time invested yet you can swing for the fences and either it jump starts things or you get what you're already getting, no response.
How was the vibe in person? I ask because based on her first two replies, she is clearly someone who enjoys playful banter a lot. She tested you twice and you backed down both times. She swung the door open to be playful and when you didn't give it back to her, she apparently moved on. My natural personality is this way so when girls come out the gate like that, I don't hold back.
When she said 'the guy that walks stiff?', you could've come back with 'I knew you were watching me walk away'
Even after that, when she said 'truth hurts' you could've said 'Kind of like the truth that you gave me your number, so shush' This would've shown her you will give it back to her plus the 'so shush' is a soft test for her to see if she likes being put in her place and given direction.
