We exchanged IG & number but she hasn’t accepted my follow request although she is following me. Should I call her out or just send her standard re-engager via text in a few days

I haven’t used tinder in months Bc I do fairly well with hinge/ bumble but decided to redownload it a few days ago. Used different google voice number so thought I should be good but I only received about 60 likes/5 matches over course of 3 days which is unusually low for me. I then paid 15 bucks for gold and saw that half of the matches were girls in Philippians or really far away lol. Since swiping left on all the girls in my like stack, I haven’t received one new like. Am I permanently banned from tinder some how and should I just not use that app anymore? This is super frustrating
