How to overcome performance anxiety?
So, to kick things off I wanted to thank Alex! By applying your principles and what you teach, I lost my virginity using Tinder, and I have other matches who I'll be likely meeting soon... But the thing is... when it comes to sex I'm having performance anxiety, which comes as a surprise since I'm young (19) and as far as I know I don't have any health issues that could be affecting me. It all started last weekend, I went to see this cute girl who I really vibe with. We had really good foreplay and I ate her out for a few minutes, but when the moment of penetration arrived, I noticed my penis wasn't up... luckily, after a while I managed to have an erection, but it wasn't as hard as it should've been, and to top things off I came really fast lol. So, do you guys have any recommendations or advice? Thanks!
