Yeah tbh you messaging is really good and your getting investment but I’d say she’s a time waster. In the same time your trying to chase down this one chick you could run volume and get laid a couple times a week. You can show a lot more neediness through the way you phrase questions, and the general “feel” of your interaction. Someone who is indifferent can double or triple text and it will still land while someone needy can get left on read with one. It comes down to who in the interaction wants / needs it to work more.

This is just par for the course for things like tinder and bumble. A lot of girls are on there for validation and attention and they have no intention on meeting or dating anyone. Some are fake profiles even.
