Trying to get the second date
This girl came into my job and we had a great conversation and I could tell we had mutual attraction so when she came back a week later I told her I was into her vibe and she asked for my Instagram. I then asked her what she was doing the next day and we made plans to hang out. I hit her up on Instagram and we chatted and bit and I confirmed for the next day and she was down. We ending up meeting the next night and she came back to my place and we had sex and talked for hours. There was definitely chemistry. We had a very brief conversation the next day but she left me on read but later that week I hit her up to hang out Sunday and she was down. Saturday night comes along and she said she forgot it was her friend’s birthday Sunday and asked to reschedule. I said sure and gave her a few times I was available but she never got back to me. I waited 4 days and gave her a takeaway saying “hey, maybe I misread the vibes when we hung out but if you’re not into this lmk and I’ll stop trying” she responded within minutes super apologetic saying “hey no sorry!!!!! i’ve been meaning to text you i’ve just been obnoxiously busy with school :(” . I said “I get it, I’m busy too. But I think if we want to see each other we can make it happen” and she agreed. So I I told her what nights I was available and she said “those nights usually work but my schedule has been super off lately, i’ll let you know what’s up when i figure it out :)” to which I simply liked her message and said okay. My question is do I wait for her to re-engage or give it a week or two before I re-engage? I know she is genuinely busy working and going to school full time. She’s my type tho so I’m trying not to mess this up lol.
