Ghost after 2nd date

Hi guys, I could use some perspective over here. But before that let me give some context Context: I met this chick in Bumble & interaction was smooth (thanks to free content provided by Alex & Nitin). For the first date, we met at a cafe & the date went okay. Then afterwards, we met for the second date last weekend. The date went well, I was able to escalate physically to a certain extent . Before getting on the cab, she hugged me for quite long & asked me to think of the next date. We texted that day & she agreed on meeting up for the third date but stopped responding to my text. She's active on instagram but not responding to the texts. It's a little confusing for me to understand what had happened especially since the vibe was good. Also what is the move here ? Should I persist or move on? I am thinking of giving her a call later this week. But before that I want to leverage preselection (have pics with my past flings who are quite aesthetically pleasing) PS: Since we are in a conservative culture, there is a logistic issue in terms of pulling her in. Generally the long game is followed because of this. Also not attaching the past screenshots since those are quite long
