Do I just wait until next Sunday to reengage with “Hola Linda” then ask “How’s the restaurant business” & soft close with “Busy woman, gotta take some time to relax”

Or do I need to try it sooner. She lives about 50mins away. Planning to go for a 4sec kiss for the first date then go to her home for the 2nd date since my place isn’t an option.
