I noticed that I have done rather poorly when a girl messages me first on tinder('hey', heart emoji, waving hand emoji) I actually do a lot better when I message her first because I never know how to respond if she is the first to message. Another common message from the girl is 'how is your day,' to which I respond good, just got from work and going to the gym(which is ually true since I use tinder after work). However, often there is no response after that message. I'm not that great with making up responses based on her profile, and I was wondering if anyone has any good responses for when a girl messages you first. Thanks!
You usually want to make your message easy to respond to. Esp at the beginning when the girl doesnt really know you, if you say you went to work and gym, there's not much for the girl to respond to. Shes not really gonna ask you more questions about yourself unless shes super into you. An easy way is to just ask her a question.

Honestly the girls usually write what I specified above above. They write the following first when messaging me: 'hey', heart emoji, waving hand emoji, winky face emoji. I have tried responding 'hey cutie', 'taking initiate to message first, I like it;)', 'hola linda', etc and no response most of the time, I feel like the girl just doesn't know what to say in those cases.
