Some girl followed on IG after I liked some of her pictures so I opened up later and I noticed we have the same last name.

Id add this part in just to add a bit of flirting to the line if you just cant wait (Also works on getting to the point faster. Less banter more logistics)

easy, look at her IG and comment something about it, Playing with fire has a video about it i watched yesterday, everyone gives off all kinds of signals from our looks and pictures, there must be something you can grab thats relatable as an opener. does she have a dog ? open with "looks like you like dogs, am i right" or 99 other variations on the same topic. she has black/blonde/brunete hair ? you can say "you know Maria, you broke a stereotype that i had". she: "oh yea, what ?" you: "i never thought black/blonde/brunete hair can be so attractive." then you are getting into teasing/flirting territory but dont come off as horny maniac lol 50% flert 50% building rapport..
later in the convo when somethign comes up as similar or coincidence invoke divine intervention. or after some texting you: you know Maria i actually thing us having same bla bla is the sign from heavens/god/etc (if she said she has a problem or something you can add:), maybe the gods sent me to help you bla bla
id suggest a video on yt "ANDREW TATE AND CHIAN DO NOT GET ALONG | Grilling S2 Ep 7" to see perfect example (in the beginning) of teasing and calling upon divine intervention, i read somewhere that divine intervention is small psychological trick you can imply, something along the liens of we are meant to bla bla
