Hey guys. I want to lay this girl. Here is some context. I met this girl in college. I kissed her but nothing more. We stopped talking due to not being in the same class anymore.
A couple of days ago she snap messaged me telling me she won't be in the states for long and is getting ready to leave in the next two months. After that, she said she would like to see me before she leaves. (I don't have screenshots of our snaps, but I switched to texting so I could screenshot what I could)
After we kissed things got awkward because I stopped escalating. I don't want to mess up this time. How should I handle this?

Well, if she reached out to you saying she wants to see you before she leaves town she is definitely dtf. If you fail to escalate though, that could definitely change her mind. When given an opportunity like that, you gotta go for it. In terms of your texting, it's a bit weird. The part about saying "don't lie" just comes off as as odd for her. I am a bit confused on exactly happened here. Did you guys already have a date where it didn't go down?

no we haven’t met yet. when i said “don’t lie” i was joking in regards to her lying about doing something wild bc i know she likes to party. How should I escalate this in text? I’m 19 so I don’t drink.

I gotcha, it just came out a bit weird. Also, just because you're under 21 doesn't mean you can't drink. I'm sure you have a friend or 2 that's 21 + or has a fake ID and can hook you up with a bottle of wine or two.

Just go straight into soft closing her bro. Ask her “Do you like wine” wait for her response then “Great let’s split a bottle sometime soon” if she agrees text “What’s your schedule like” let her give you her logistics then follow up with “Lets do X day at X time”
