Id probably say "do you like wine?" or just ask what shes up to then go about soft closing her when she asks what your doing.

When you seed the date to plant the idea of you two on a date in her mind.. So when she asks what your up to you can say "just having a glass of wine on my romantic patio" the once she answers back you can say "we should split a bottle sometime"
