She haven’t replied to that in almost 3 days.
How can I proceed here?
Assuming you waited at least a day or two after the first text, i'd wait a week from your last text and then say "if you're too nervous, i'd understand"

ah kinda tricky, just makes you seem more needy because you sent the double text too quick.
i'd give it another 1-2 days just to be safe and then send what i suggested.
just use another takeaway like "if youre too nervous, id understand"
