What do I text before a date?

I matched with this absolute baddie on tinder and I texted with the opener "Crazy car adventures and being spontaneous sounds like my type of girl". I went off her bio stating she like wild car rides. She goes on to say "Hmmm perhaps, we should get together to see if that holds true". I go on to say "Perhaps we should, whats your schedule like" She gives me days she is free. We setup a coffee date since she is underage. Got her number and confirmed date, time and place. Now i need help to what to say the day before the date? Ive never got this far with a girl so i dont know what to do.
