what do you mean doesn't give much back? She answered both your questions. I take it this is an older woman, since she has 3 grown kids. Ask her "haha really? how many kids do you have?" when she responds, go with something like "seems like you need some stress relief"
I agree, she's investing plenty and giving you more than enough to work with, instead of asking how many kids she has though, I would take a different route. I would say something like, "That'll make our love easier..."
