I was thinking of saying "it's a secret I'll tell you on are date"
I see this as a bit a of shit test. Would double down to reply with "I like keeping fit , would you prefer a guy who get lazy and <fat / unfit / insert whatever is consistent with your vocabulary> instead?". There may be even better replies but this is the best I can think of at my basic skill level.
