Hi guys, so yeah, yesterday I went into a second date with a girl I met on Tinder (thx Alex for that texting knowledge btw). I went to her student appartament to split a bottle of wine (thx Alex again lol). The date was going good, we made out and once I started feeling I was getting a boner I told her that we should move to her bed. Everythink ok, we undresseed and I began losing my erection. I started fingering her but I wasn't capable of getting a proper boner.
The problem here is that is the 3rd time I got ED, first 2 was with one night stands (before the virus). Their attractiveness is not the issue here (they all are between 7-8.5 in my eyes).
My background: early 20s, good physique ( without abs but you can see I work out even with my clothes on), eating good 80% of the time, no porn addiction (maybe 1 to 3 sessions max per week) and I follow(ed) 25+- TOP IG chicks with amazing bodies (maybe that was messing up my dopamine hits also)
I assume that the problem is something mental that pulls me back on enjoying myself. I love when a girl gets horny coz of me but my body doesn't prove it lol.
Any kind of help would be very much welcomed. I don't want my next sexual interaction to be the same...
the issue is very likely anxiety. Weve had multiple guys share similar stories. One thing that i know worked well for some of them was just using viagra or cialis for the first few times. This way you get past your first few times and then your brain calms down seeing it as not such a big deal. I would recommend that
Hey man, I was having a similar issue before. The cure, stop watching porn it honestly fucks with your psychology and it’s weird how your body internalizes stuff. As a result, when you’re about to get it on, it doesn’t work and is awfully frustrating and discouraging (for me). I got rid of that and also tried to clean my feed to not see these models all the time. Haven’t had an issue since then... it’s all psychological, also apparently doing keggel exercises helps with the blood flow. Don’t over stress just “talk” to your body, you got this.
