She seemed genuinely excited to meet you, have her number, confirmation day of and time to meet . That tends to be a good to go. Very odd she'd ghost and still respond to you. Did you delete her off Hinge? How does she have Hinge and not her phone? I wouldn't waste my time on her but your call.
Read the remaining comments. She flaked 3 times in 5 days. Twice without saying anything - clearly a tormented soul.
