So, i work at this place.
There is one department that works by our side, and usually there is just some old ladies working there, but out of nowhere this really attractive chick around my age joined them. solid 8.5/10.+. but she’s very shy and introverted as fuck
Long story short, since our department is a sausage fest and coworkers are beta af, they were fucking swarming her on every corner of the place. Mass approaching, hitting on her, throwing corny lines at her, harassing her, etc etc. now she’s avoiding our entire department, she’s obviously freaked out, and i can’t in my right mind cold approach her anymore and expect solid results.
What to do? How to proceed from now?
I'll say take baby steps. From your story, it sounds possible the chick could be frustrated with how much she is approached.. also mainly cus the guys suck..
Since you see her everyday, i will suggest to babystep. I mean the first time just make eye contact.. next time smile. Another day when you see her, its best to make an observational comment and jokes if you're good. The next time really go for it, number close and ask her schedule. Just be persistent man
