I'd do "why thank you" or "i'm flattered" then follow up with something to get the convo to flow like "so what are you looking for on here" or something clever based on her profile.
lol dude, you cant be afraid to come up with text on your own. This conversation is literally just getting started. Take a look at some of my LRs. I have more than plenty of the examples of what to say after a girl says "trouble?"
Ask her if she wants to meet for donuts. Something tells me she would be down.
