First three pics are the same girl. She seemed super into me, but a little bratty. She would respond to all my texts within a few minutes, even if I didn't text back for over an hour. The "hat" text was a couple days later on Thursday, I was trying to get her logistics for next week. She invested a lot over Hinge so seems really weird that my last message made her disappear.

I don't think you did anything wrong in either situation. I think that the girls kinda got cold feet or ended up talking to other guys. Just sit, wait, or move on. For the bumble girl, i'd leave my contact information with her. Who knows - she may DM you in several months time.
Yeah. so the hat text was honestly just not necessary. That, clubbed by the "Needy" text thing. She probably thought you were calling her needy. Hence you see her getting defensive. And when the compliance was flimsy, you went for the soft close. I would send her the skeleton meme or something
