Shit Test against Romantic Date line

So I probably left her on read too long for a reply to work on her (she just fell through the cracks to be honest) but it would be helpful to understand an optimized response in this situation.

Should I just offer to get a drink at a bar that's close by? Or come up with another response to get her to skip the public meet? Her response was flirty with the wink so this is a super light shit test but I still struggle in spots like this.

I also just realized she never responded to my 2 earlier soft closes (maybe led with it too early in the convo?) would that have any consideration in the response?
