I went from something like 5 matches on tinder and a bit less on bumble to about 2 a day. I've noticed a similar drop-off in the boost I'd get when traveling to a new city. I think bumble isn't promoting my profile at all since there are barely any new likes, not breaking 50+ anymore. I live in a mid-size city (300k).
What do you guys think? Should I reset my profiles with just a new number/email, do a full hard reset, or keep these?

Nah man. I really don't think you're shadowbanned. I think the issue partially lies in your pics. You have your group photo as your main. I would not recommend that and would scrap that in general. Also, a lot of your photos seem posed. Is this a deepfake btw?
Oh yeah, the photo order is reversed. The group one is last and the jacket first. This is a deepfake yeah. Didn't really consider that some came off too posed.

I think you should try and blend the skin tones between the deepfaked graft of your face, and the male model’s head.
If that’s too hard, you can make it seamless with a good filter app. Pick a subtle, but cool filter for each pic so the skin tones match better
I actually haven't commented on a guys profile before so take whatever I say with a grain of salt.
Shirtless one is weird because you are leaning in to the photo so it doesn't look that natural. Also I don't really like the direction that you are looking. Your physique is good enough were you could get a really nice body shot, I think sometime during sunset looking away from the camera, maybe with some water like you were just swimming, near the ocean would be the best. Also should be more close up. This could be done well with a professional camera I think or someone with a nice iphone could capture it.
The second one I think it could be attractive to women because you have a model look, the location is not great though. Like it doesn't make sense why you would be sitting on those steps with a nice shirt on. I also am not a huge fan of patterns, but maybe thats your style. I think you could recreate this in a better location like a nice city with a blurred background. Also looking away from the camera could be better because it seems like you are actually doing something instead of posing for a photo.
The one with the dog looks too photoshopped on your face. Also the dog doesn't look that excited. I think it would be a lot better to be playing with the dog and it look like you are having fun together. Also I'm not a huge fan of that shirt. I usually wear plan clothes so thats where I'm coming from, but it would make you look more mature.
The one with the ripped jeans looks to casual, like what you are wearing doesn't look good. I do kind of like the laid back attitude and it does look natural so I think you do have something to work with here. I actually prefer your face the best this way when you are not smiling or photoshopped. If you clean up your beard and haircut it could look pretty cool too. I would recommend wearing something like a black t-shirt and maybe some nice fitted khakis.
The one with the jacket is probably your best photo. You could recreate that with better lighting, more serious facial expression, and looking away from the camera. Its good that you are doing something with your hands which is important for guys to do in photos.
I hope this is helpful and I know its pretty critical, but I see a lot of untapped potential in your photos.

Holy fuck these are amazing! How did you do it? These are my favorites 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 15. Some look a little fake but hardly noticeable, nothing worse than girls with filters
You have nice eyes, but your profile doesn’t show it. You need to take a close up portrait photo, so women can see your eyes.
As for depleting your city, I’ve done it before. Usually takes a few months to replenish new matches. If you’re getting only 5 matches you’re far from depleting the city even after multiple resets.
So my advice is to get some portrait head shots. The far away pics are good and very sharp but when women can’t see you, they’ll swipe left.
