Self portrait studio photography suggestions

There are certain studios where you take your self portraits like this one in Canada - https://monography.ca/editorial/
Any suggestions if having 1-2 posed photos from here would be a good idea for profile, considering they turn out to be good with some touch up?
Any suggestions for the type of poses (as the examples aren't so great - too feminine for guys)?

I know these lack activity, can be too posed but having 1 solid shot that shows you might be worth it?
