Why not just suggest to meet at a bar first? Just say something like: We can meet at bar close to your place first so I/you can make sure I’m/you’re not a 200kg dude.

I would’ve changed the wording in your “it’s up to you”message to sound more confident and leading like “Let’s meet at my favorite bar nearby and see how the chemistry is. Ever been to chosen bar”
