Just give them a name acc to your choice and go with "look at us already giving cute nicknames to each other i guess things are getting serious"
You could just say hey back. They already like you so no need to invest without getting more info. Especially since a lot of those girls could be bots

Really whatever you say needs to be seen as you just playing around, accepting the compliment, and eventually giving one back but not in a simpy way (My suggestions can be better but this the general premise)
