Got to the point fairly quickly. Was out of town, had some logistic problems. She’s interested but no definite answers to asking about meeting up. How should I optimally close or approach this?

When chicks give you vague answers like this I normally just repeat back what they said, but add a ? mark.
So in this instance say "Possibly?"
Idk man I don't really use that line but so far in this convo she hasn't invested much at all. You could say "Oh yeah? What else should I know about you". Ideally this will lead to 2-3 lines of text from her, to which you can then reply something like "You talk a big game, I'll have to find out in person some time"
Always try to think a few texts ahead during your convos. I would also recommend taking notes/screen shots of interactions. You can find out what works best for you and your style of game. Then eventually you get to a point where you literally have heard everything a woman can say, and know how to respond accordingly.
the bigger issue is she isnt quite sold on you yet. you're moving logistics which is good but build investment/raise interest litter more then ask for date again. lmk if this works for you.
