I like 1 and 5 but you need a bit more dimensions in expressions and fashion. Take a look at my IG for examples I use @siralexz

besides the sunglasses one, rest are solid. even the sunglasses on you can improve on the pose. these pics do lack activity or a decent location. You can use 2-3 (mainly face close) up ones and rest, add some activity photos like playing a sport, travelling etc and a selfie to it doesn't look too professional
