My goal with my last message was to build on the topic at hand so I could build more comfort and investment before soft closing again
She already said yes to the spaghetti date and is investing plenty so I would have just asked for her schedule. Or after her mmmorpg line I would have said something like, “we’ll have a game date, you’ll cook pasta. You can find out then” or just “we’ll have a game date with pasta. You can find out then”
Careful not to answer to logical and long here...
You could play with the "role play" thing and say "But since then I also enjoy role play in real life"
