Next step when you have too much girls?

I am 8/10 dude. Hitting the gym to reach 9.
I specifically selected a very convenient downtown are in a metropolitan city and live alone
I have an optimized profile (Still have a long list of things to improve after getting feedback from some girls).
I use Tinder, Bumble, Okcupid
I am in contact with more 6-7s than I know what to do with. I'm even seeing some of them
I am also in contact and seeing some 8s.
No 9s, 10s yet. We do match occasionally, but they lose interest and stop responding pretty quickly

My problems are:

Get rid of old girls in a nice way, as they keep wanting to meet up
Try to replace them and upgrade to better girls, either compatibility or score
Too much time spent with girls, and can't work or hit the gym as often as I need to

So what does the experienced players do at this stage? What is the next level?

cutting girls off isn't easy, especially if you've been hooking up for months and built a connection

you have 2 options:

stop hitting them up, this usually works with girls you haven't seen for that long

if they text you to hangout or it's a girl you built a deeper connection with just tell them straight up "hey i'm gonna have to go off the grid for a while just focusing on my work/school etc" ....which according to your post is true anyway right, so just be geniune with them. but leave out the part you said about trying to upgrade to hotter girls lmao

for me i tell them i have a gf and im not the type of guy that cheats. sometimes i want to re add them to the rotation and just say things didn’t work out.

that works like a charm.
