Both are bad. You’re not lean enough to take good shirtless pics, at least not without a good pump and in this lighting. Also it’s more natural to take a shirtless pic at the beach when it’s more sunny and when you’re wearing a swimming shorts.
Would also suggest to take more pics = higher chance of a usable one.
