I been flirting and banter with this girl few times. But she seems getting tired and annoyed with them. How do I respond to this? I need tips on making meaningful conversations.

the screenshots aren't in order but from what it seems she's responsive but the convo isn't leading anywhere. look at how she ignored your attempt at a phone call because she's "too busy" with school. i wouldn't expect much out of this. you can just start a new topic or ask what her schedule is like this week. try to soft close a meetup or facetime call.
It is clear who the buyer and seller is, your conversation is platonic and it is not going anywhere for meetup. Watch Alex's video.
