She'll respond something like "Very" "Somewhat" "Depends"
Either way respond with "How do you feel about drinks and witty banter with a handsome Russian?" soft close
If she bites, continue to close: "Do you like wine" "Let's split a bottle sometime soon" etc.

"That's good. Do you like wine?" And then after that go for the wine close. As a side note, don't say "I hope I didn't scare you off". You have nothing to apologize for
