I would spend the rest of your night working on yourself then hit her up again in 3-4 days. You could have said “Don’t worry ill be gentle” or “sounds like you really need a drink”. It also feels like you are constantly checking to make sure she isn’t going to flake when you said, “Haha almost done ?”. You didn’t need to reply to “Yes ouch I’m still here”. Your first post feels very urgent, remember that nothing in dating is ever that urgent nor will sending the wrong text message change the long term course of your life in a negative way unless you send a death threat.
