I met this girl from Tinder. We didn't have sex but there was sexual tension. After the date, I left her my number and told her she can reach me there if she's interested in a second date. The day after she reached out to me. She was open for a second date, but she was going away for about a week to her hometown. Now she's coming back near my city and she sends me this message (see image). She was quite open for a second date but she seems to have changed her mind in the meantime.

I will suggest writing something like this "Its okay I understand but I thought we can ...." and tell her something interesting that both of you did on your first date. The main idea is to bring back the emotions she felt on her first date. You can also send her a pic of your first date (if you have). I don't think chemistry is her real concern and she won't tell you what the real problem is if you ask her directly. Alex has already made a video on this topic. You should check that out too.
