In the past few months, there have been multiple times where I meet a girl at a bar, we get back to my place for wine, start making out on the couch. Things get very hot and heavy but I am not able to move from couch to bedroom. And they usually say “I should get back home now” and end up leaving.
How do you guys move from couch to bedroom? Any help would be appreciated!

What are you saying exactly? My guess is you are probably not leading enough. Also, you can just lead directly straight to the room in the first place. She knows what's up if she's going back to your place. It's actually more uncalibrated if you are slowplaying it by wasting time in the living room first.
