You're in front of a building site.
The pic looks grainy and low quality.
You're wearing track-suit bottoms and an old tshirt.
You look grumpy/serious and don't look at the camera.

I think it's pretty good. Even more useful if you are trying to convey something related to your career or interests (construction, etc.).
