Keeping the interest without the possibility of meeting right now

Sup guys, i've been talking to some girls and the things are going well, but i see no action, my country is closed up because of the bloody virus. I get the girls number and they accept to go out with me and even escalate to a possible first date sex, but right now it's impossible to meet someone and the conversation sometimes simply doesn't hold, because there's no physical interaction to keep it alive. How do i improve this ?
