Yeah man. You gotta be patient. Quite often these problems take care of themselves if you it a bit of time :)
Don't push her if she isn't comfortable with what you're proposing. Either playfully call her out or find out what her objections are.

M y Thoughts no expert : seems you've built investment and but idk know if you've built comfort for her to be comfortable to come to your and make your home a fun place to be in... Other than the dinner idea what else....
