Is she lying or nervous

So here's some background. Met this girl through daygame, she's been a bit flakey text wise. Had to restart the convo about 3 times. That voice note was kind of a last chance shot I got from TUSK (a youtube daygame coach Alex had interviewed) where you tell a girl she seems cool, you want to get to know her better over dinner, etc basically calling out the fact that its been small talk up until now but i wanted to change that. As you can see she seemed down, and you can see what her latest message sent. I thought maybe the uber thing was a bit forward but we live very close to each other no point in taking separate ubers but i feel like thats not what the issue is here because I've offered rides to girls before and if they have an issue with that they've always just told me they prefer meeting there which is completely fine and understandable. My question is do I give up on this one or is there a way to continue this? My issue is this is very random she never mentioned this guy before and it seems odd she would do so on the day of our date so it could be her being nervous or maybe she is telling the truth i just genuinely can't tell because it throws me off how happy she seemed in the previous messages discussing our date
