I broke up with my ex gf on 1st February ( we were together for 2 years ), then after complete no contact she messaged me on 11th March i think, saying that she still loves me and want to get back with me, i actually did feel the same in that moment so we got back together. After around 2 - 3 weeks of dating back then we broke up again. Again until this day today no contact, not following each other on Snap and Instagram, nothing at all. We didn't even see each other in City or around. My feelings for her dropped down since our second broke up, but i guess that it's normal to still kinda love that person that i was 2 years with. I have other girls in my life as well, nothing serious tho, just hooking ups. Since around 10 days ago, i can't stop thinking about her for some reason ( i didn't see her or anything she just came into my head). I am not depressed or some other shit, i have great social life, nightlife, taking gym, other things in my life that are keeping me active. I don't use tiktok, but for some reason i installed it 2 days ago and immediately when I entered the app i saw her first tiktok video ever. It was like " when u come into your ex boyfriend town, but your mom..." end doesn't matter tho. For some reason i felt so fucking sad, asking myself why did she post that video knowing that i can see it maybe, does she still have feelings for me or what. Since then i feel so lost. Can u guys give me advice why am i feeling like this now, what's fucking happening all of a sudden, why i can't get her out of my head ?
I feel you brother I just got out of a relationship 2 weeks ago and I took it pretty well but then she came to drop my things off and since then its been the same as you with feeling lost and thinking about it. Having gone though a number of tough break ups the feelings will come and go and lessen over time but the best remedy is to keep moving forward. Just think of all the more amazing girls that are out there. The next relationship will be even better not just because there's so many amazing girls but also because you've also gotten better and learned a lot in this relationship so you will find someone much better for you because of that. Hope this helps!
I did a video recently, called "How to get over a breakup". It was a few weeks ago. Check that out. But in essence, nothing good is gonna come from sitting around and reminiscing her. It's time to move on. I would recommend unfollowing her on tiktok so this doesn't keep poppin up. Also, focus your energy on other girls. That will help you get over faster
