I live with my mom. How do I convince the girl that I want f*ck the girl in her place?

Similar situation but I have a one way relationship w my gf. My gf is usually at home and doesn't want me fucking girls on our bed, so I usually bring a girl to a hotel. This has the added benefit of the hotel usually having a bar as well.

I've also met up w girls in their apartments before and fucked them there, just not as common. Normally, I would first hard close and when setting up logistics say something like"my roommate has to give interviews right now..." or "im renovating my kitchen" or something that subtly dhv's myselfs and ask the girl if her place is free. (Actually, I'm in the middle of renovating my kitchen, do you mind if we do your place?")
