i saw this 2 girls at the store, i think they are models, there is the fashion week here in Milan. they had perfect bodies, and cute faces, not even top tier
started thinking of approaching and the anxiety started to build up. it was one of the worst feelings i have ever felt. worst than dying. it was totaly brutal.
i could not approach and i paid for my things. i did not want to lose so i waited for them outside the store.
when they came out i took round 2 of that brutal beating called approach anxiety and just walked away
- tried the 30 seconds rule, im starting to doubt this trick. either it doesent work or it's me that i dont understand how to use it.
i saw the girl in dress and i already had anxiety. i did not notice anxiety build up. i think i already had the maximum level of anxiety when i saw her.
i also did not notice narratives about bad rejections build up with time. i just had anxiety without thinking.
how is the 30 secods rule supposed to work? did you really use it?
- i got beat almost to death by anxiety, i think i need some support. whats the price of your group now? are you going to give some discount? also, are the guys there approaching and fighting AA like me? because we are so rare and nobody is doing it

i redeemed myself man, i was at another supermarket, i saw a group of smoking hot dutch girls. they were beautifull man. i put my eyes on the most beautifull one and she noticed. she was looking at other side while i was trying to make eye contact.
at some point they were behind me at check out, i turned around and told her

lame ass approach but i was shaking and busy pushing my limits. the approach anxiety from the other day was absolutely brutal and hard to forget. im absolutely proud i was able to redeem myself 24 hours later
i didnt ask ig or Watsap because i could see she was not interested. she wasent shy and eye fucking me like other girls. also it was a one way convo, she wasent asking things back

bro its the 3 second rule. If you approach within 3 seconds your brain wont have enough time to build up approach anxietty

did you ever use it? i was not able in practice, thats what im saying. my suspicion is that people repeat it because it sounds good, not realizing that does not work

yes, ive used it for a decade. It wworks, the faster you approach the less anxiety you have
