Me: Hey trouble
Her: Haha and what do you mean by that
Me: My gut tells me you are
Her: Okej
Me: Am I wrong
Her: You’ll see
Me: We’re so far from each other though
Her: Haha 1 hour?
Me: Where do you stay at
(4 days later)
Me: It’s not a trick question ;)
Her: Hahaha hello (her city)
Her: How bout u
Me: (my city)
Me: So how big portion of your Tinder dates in (her city) have been bad
Her: I’ve never dated in (her city)
Me: Whaaat you don’t like hillbillys or whatever you have over there
Her: There is everything possible here you should know (kinda fucked up translated here but you get the point)
Me: Mhmm, I can already see one interesting thing over there
Her: Me of course
Me: So attractive with such a humble girl 😏
Her: 😂
Her: You’re actually so toxic
It might be risky but I’m thinking of writing...
”Just slightly but I have a feeling you secretly enjoy it”
What would you respond here guys?
PS this chicks actually looks kinda ”bad” or ”trouble”. She’s thick, has nose piercing, looks kinda too cool for school in her pictures (no smiling etc)
PPS this convo has taken around 2 weeks so far, me/her usually respond within 1-3 days
She didn't respond when I wrote "Huh?".
Any ideas on how to reengage?
"huh?"
"very (devil/smiling emoj)"
It being this early in the convo there's no way this is a real opinion she has, she's just giving you really bad shit, and given how strong a test this is, you want to respond with cockiness, not by brushing past it or with anything self-deprecating.
I'd go with something like:
"I am. That Britney Spears song was written about me, I'm that attractive"
"I am, I work in a radiation factory, I'll take you there on our date"
"So so toxic, your panties should be rotting away at this distance"
Edit: the problem with your proposed response is that you're giving into her statement a little. It's too weak for such a strong test, you want to really own what she's saying rather than moving past it.
Thanks for your suggestions. Think you’re right, agreeing is the way to go. But aren’t your suggestions a bit too gamey? (response to Stuart)
I think coming on to her in the process makes your response even more cocky, which is what you want, but you could always use "I am, I work in a radiation factory" just on its own if your judgment says it would work better.
I am with Stuart. Deploy an “Agree and Amplify” and move on. His suggestions are great. My gut instinct was to say “You can call me the Toxic Avenger” and then move the conversation along.
