How would you respond to a girl that says, "I am working like a slave right now" She is a cook working 10-12 hr shifts which I understand why she's busy. What would be an appropriate response to say here?
"I understand, I'm a busy man too. I'm sure we can both find a few hours somewhere tho" You have to not be too available either, but call out the fact that she can make time for you if she really wanted to. People have priorities.
Or "sounds like you could use a stress relief." -> she agress -> "I'll get the massage oil ready" -> sexualize maybe then set up logistics
