I'd soft close and get her on the phone. "Do you prefer red or white wine?" Then say "good, we should get together sometime for a glass of red/white" and let her give you a yes or no answer. If she does, just tell her "shoot me your number for romantic red wine date purposes" or whatever and contact her.
